In my experience there are two broad types of service person. One is cheerful, optimistic, positive, and often incompetent. The other is cautious, sometimes pessimistic, careful, and does a good and thorough job. Mark has been an extremely helpful and supportive member of the second category. He has guided me as a first time boat purchaser through all the necessary steps, pointed out everything that might be an issue (which is his job) but at the same time encouraged me to proceed and assured me that all would be right in the end. He surveyed the boat during the worst rainstorm since records began without a word of complaint. I would recommend him without hesitation.
