Beautiful blinds, excellent customer service. We needed one of the blinds to be shortened - someone came to collect it, had it fixed, brought it back and re-installed it at no cost at all! Excellent!!

Good and Bad. Free quotation, competitive prices, and the customer service is hit and miss. What I ordered was not what was fitted.I ordered my blinds with tapes I received strings. I was told that nothing could be done, and it was my mistake as I ordered strings (bad customer service, I would not order something I really don't like especially if it was costing me £400) I don't have money to waste and I can only advise this was an admin error; so when making your order please double check.A member of the team called to say they can try to rectify it and fit tape themselves; and I'm sure they worked really hard on doing so which is why I have said the customer service is not all bad.But to be honest as the tape is not what it would be if they where to be made correctly is to wide and is not a colour match making my blinds look like cheap tat I could have bought from B'n'M.I now have blinds fitted at the front of my house that to be honest I can't stand and cost me a lot of money.They normally say buy cheap buy twice, in this case buy once and live with their mistake as it's to expensive to rectify. I was going to be getting the rest of my house done this year and decided to wait and will be going with another company. If you use Buckingham Blinds ensure you check your order and get it in writing as if there is a mistake it will be your problem not theirs.
