From beginning to end our experience with Caversham moves was excellent and everything was clear at all stages. From his first visit, Josh was professional, customers focused and engaging and made sure our quote reflected our needs for the long move to Cornwall. Geraldine in the office was patient and helpful on available dates while we were trying to arrange a completion/ moving date with the chain and helped us with our packaging arrangements. Our movers, Jack and Micky and Daniel who helped them on the first day were exceptional, executing our move with professionalism, efficiency and good humour at every stage of the move. Finally the billing arrangements communicated by email were clear, quick and easy with automated receipts.We weren’t left hanging at any stage, even when staff were on holiday, which is so important when trying to organise a home move. Jason covered perfectly.All in all, we are delighted we chose Caversham Moves and I don’t hesitate to give them a five star review. They took a lot of the stress out of the move and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone moving from the Reading / Arborfield area. Our sincere thanks to all involved.

Caversham moved our office in Henley and storage in Reading to our new larger facility in Stockport. They did a brilliant job for us nothing was too much trouble. the team were very positive, helpful and determined to get the job done despite the many varied items to be moved and the distance between the three locations. We used Caversham Moves to move house a few weeks ago. They were amazing and I recommend them 100%. They packed up everything and nothing was broken or damaged. The team were all really switched on and conscientious, unlike some other firms we’ve used in the past! Great work!

Caversham Moves undertook the removals of our 3 bed house in Wokingham. We only used their removals service, not their packing service. Ample packing materials were provided in good time - allowing us to not rush the process. Their communication via email was prompt at answering any questions we had. The team on the day were fantastic. Four incredibly friendly and professional removal men. They took care to cover the floor, checked in with us on decisions and were careful with our possessions. We had no breakages or any damages during the removals process. On the day they were quick and efficient, meaning our whole house was unloaded by 3pm and we could settle in before the evening. Overall a fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company if we were to move again.

Caversham moves were fantastic from start to finish.. they couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating or efficient! Paul was a Tetris master getting everything into the van , although they planned ahead ‘just in case.’ They rebuilt all furniture so I would never have known they had been apart and disposed of my unwanted things. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this company. Superb. Would recommend to friends and family.

Caversham moves moved our 3 bed house, including full packing services, and were so efficient and professional. They took so much stress off our shoulders, they were absolutely amazing on both days (packing day + actual move day). Super competent, organised and friendly team, nothing was too much trouble for them. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience, I would highly recommend them!
