Great manner, service, quality and results.Tim assessed and rectified our poorly performing DIY WiFi installation with a new, simple, appropriate design solution and spec, giving us great coverage and robust speeds.And Tim and Jon even worked tirelessly to diagnose some unique gaming and VPN issues we had.Very pleased and grateful indeed.We just can't recommend Mesh Systems highly enough!

After many months of wifi trouble (PS BT are useless) we contacted these guys to see if they could help. The solution wasn't cheap but ultimately definitely worth it. They couldn't have been more courteous, helpful and clear in their explanations and spent time explaining and sorting out some other connectivity issues. Very happy to recommend them.

We recently updated our internet service in connection with a house renovation and more time working from home. Unfortunately, the connection kept dropping and lots of time was being wasted trying to resolve IT issues. We were recommended MESH by our builder and they have been a pleasure to deal with start to finish and we now have fast and effortless internet without so much as a glitch or blip. Jon and Tim really know their stuff and were efficient, responsive and charming to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

Working with Tim is an absolute pleasure.He is a reliable professional I am confident reaching out to, and he does indeed explain things in plain, comprehensive English without wasting too much of anyone's time.If there is no immediate solution available, he will go that extra mile and will find an answer, instead of shutting down and doing the classical 'computer says no' scenario, which is rare and precious (given we are all mostly involuntary pushed to call centre scenarios and inadequate customer service you wish to run away from and do a PhD on the subject just to educate them yourself, haha).When anyone is asking me for a recommendation about anything related to technology for the home - there is only one number that comes to mind - these guys!

Working with Tim is a joy. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, reliable and empathetic. He just seems to understand the brief so easily and then delivers.We'd just bought a new house and wanted to give it a full technological makeover: from FTTP to wired and wireless networking, and from TV and whole-home audio through to security cameras and lighting.Tim took time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and guided us on where to invest and where to cut back. Really pleased with Jon and Tim's work. Their approach is spot on, offering impartial advise and solutions.They were very tidy and respectful of our property which always gets a thumbs up.Had them round to tidy up the Comms cabinet , labelling / testing data ports, Installing a new switch and carrying out a WiFi survey. All completed as I'd hoped.Will likely see them again.

Delighted to have found Tim and Jon as they were excellent in every way. Fast, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and also patient in dealing with my many questions, and several changes of plan. They took the time to understand a creaking and complex home TV/audio/Control4 set up, suggested various solutions, and somehow got it all working again in a cost-effective way, with some clear upgrade options for the future.

Mesh were sublime, we couldn’t recommend them any higher than that.We’ve been exposed to one or two less reliable and underwhelming AV companies in the past which has made us quite sceptical.However Tim and Jon are the real deal.They apply rigour in what they do, explain the reasons why they are doing certain things in plain English and are charming throughout the process.They are on-time, respectful to your home environment and tidy!We would recommend them unreservedly to anyone, they deserve the success they are bound to achieve.From very happy customers!
