I have been attending Stuart's classes for the last few months. Stuart is a patient and caring instructor who never makes you feel out of your depth, and is always willing to drop everything to explain a particular move in more detail.Despite having 2 left feet, I have made great progress in my Tai Chi journey and eagerly look forward to the classes every week. Thoroughly recommended.

I was having issues with my lower back but after few sessions and rehab exercises suggested by Stuart I’m back to my normal level of fitness in no time. Very informative and thorough diagnosis.
