Super friendly welcome from Josh and a very professional assessment to explore my problems in detail. Great set of exercises and explanations to support the work that I will need to undertake at home between sessions with Josh. The first session helped massively in reducing the pain and discomfort I had been experiencing. There is more comprehensive support available from the team and i look forward to getting to a point where my strength and suppleness is back to a reasonable norm.

I tripped over a paving stone, damaged my knee and felt I needed advice. Josh is very professional and explains things so that you know why you are doing the exercises which gives one confidence. Becky has been a amazing physio to me for the past year helping me overcome my severe back pain, i have gone from having days where I could barely move for weeks to being pain free for nearly 8 months, she was amazing and very motivating when I was feeling a bit worried. She put lots of time in help me with the exercises I needed demonstrating and making sure that I was happy with them and could fit them into my daily routine. Would highly recommend to anyone. I had my first appointment with Josh today. He came highly recommended by a friend of mine.He instantly put me at ease. Josh was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I had an email with my bespoke exercises sent to me before I'd even returned home.. which I'm looking forward to starting today.

I was most impressed by the way in which Josh Bess conducted tests to identify my problems, then demonstrated exercises to be done by me in my own time, getting me to try them before I left his site. All this was done in a very confident, professional and easy manner and in a pleasant setting. This was followed by his sending illustrated explanations of the exercises, received by me on the same day. Excellent

Today I had my first appointment with Josh at Jurassic Physio and was very impressed. Josh was relaxed and informal but also very competent and professional taking care to assess injuries and fully understand client needs. He very clearly communicated the rehab exercises ensuring that I would be able to do them appropriately. I left very confident with the advice and support provided and was very pleased to receive the exercise programme by email soon after the visit. Excellent.
