Did a fantastic job at fitting our new water pump. After 3 months of no hot water for the shower I'm over the moon Ricky was able to fit a new one. Also fixed a leak that we had. Thank you soo much.

I just moved into an apt and had issues with low water pressure and lukewarm shower. Ricky was very professional. He checked the heat interface unit carefully and did a few fixes. He resolved my hot water issue within 30 mins. He is very professional and efficient.

Great value for money. Extremely reliable and responsive. And very high quality work; I’ve used other plumbing services where revisits were often required but that hasn’t happened with Hot Flame yet. This also holds true for tiling (which he doesn’t advertise but does really well). Ricky also handles my hovering and querying with patience. I highly recommend this service.

Came to initially assess same day . Fitted new boiler - was meant to take a day buys some issues arose and took a couple more - didn’t charge for the extra time (and fixed a couple of leaky radiators) . Have used many times before - honest and hard working.
