Tracy has worked with Family Wise since September 2021, and I can hand on heart say she has been amazing!Tracy has gone above and beyond (and a little bit further than that at times) to support me in getting our existing accounts system running as it should and it has been at times for me, a daunting task but as Tracy quoted “I like a challenge!” and a challenge she has had.Tracy has visited the FWL offices regularly over the past 8 months and spent several days in the office.
