Contacted before visiting shop to check they had what we needed. Polite, pleasant and easy to talk to. Gave us an approximate time (20 minutes) needed to do the job called about 10 minutes later to say phone was ready to collect. Would definitely use again.

These guys are just the best in the business. The most helpful, fairly priced, speedy service, along with an excellent quality of work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my gadget repairs or mobile phone and iPad screen protectors. Nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommended. Went in with a broken phone, left it with Wayne to wipe back to factory settings - picked it up later and when asked how much do I owe was greeted with ‘nah don’t worry I only had to plug it in’. Such a kind chap what can I say. Phone now works super big thank you

Took my phone into WJ Phone repairs in Titchfield Village to have screen replaced, and I had the phone back and repaired within the hour. Absolutely fantastic customer service at a great price and would recommend his services to anyone. I also bought a phone case and screen protector for an excellent price.

My phone battery became erratic, and the guy at Currys told me it would take eight weeks(!) to be fixed. In this lovely little shop in Titchfield he changed the battery and the screen protector in under an hour - while I waited!Lots of helpful advice along the way, too. Prices very reasonable as well.What a 'find' this place is.

Absolutely brilliant and helpful shop Wj Phone Repairs are.On recommendation I took a phone with a broken screen to be fixed, after being told by another place it probably couldn't be fixed. Communication prior to the phone being taken in was brilliant, and very helpful and knowledgeable assistance was met upon going.The screen was fixed perfectly, and very quickly. Communication was excellent.Excellent service, help and cost was all very good value.Highly recommended, will definitely being uses Wj Phone Repairs again.
