EcoMove - Electric Bicycles, Mopeds & Scooters

Bought a Yuba spicy curry through a cycle to work scheme with eco move Bristol. They were very accommodating of the cycle to work scheme I had available to me, answered all my queries and kept me up to date with my order. My order had several complications that were outside of eco moves control but eco move went above and beyond in organising solutions from the companies at fault. My only criticism was the difficulty I'd sometimes have while attempting to contact the shop by phone (note that if the phone rings through and no one picks up you'll hear a phone line not active" message rather than a voicemail

Purchased a bike from Ecomove and from start to finish they were fantastic. They made what could have been a nightmare situation (not their fault) into a seamless one. From their helpful advice prior to purchasing, to their excellent after sales care, they have been brilliant. Highly Recommend.

Lovely kind staff. So helpful I had a problem with my e-scooter they got I it done within 10 mins . I highly recommend this shop if you have any problems with your e-scooters or e-bikes or anything like that

The staff at Ecomove are great initially. When they are selling, when everything is good with your moped. But if something goes wrong with your purchase, you see a different side to them.My moped -purchased new in August 2022- has had the same recurring issue for 7 months (my moped completely cuts out frequently while I am driving it - obviously very dangerous), leading to me bringing it in for fixing on 3 separate occasions, only for it to be returned with the exact same issue.While they attemped to mend it (3 different times), I have seen some shocking communication:- saying they'd call me with updates and failing to, leading to me chasing them up repeatedly- completely misconstruing my issue despite me telling them numerous times (it has been the same issue the entire time)- mixing my moped up with another one when I came in to retrieve it- lack of paperwork to document the work they had done until I repeatedly insisted on receiving some (which I would expect as a bare minimum)Finally, despite my moped being undeniably inherently faulty, I have received no refund (apparently a replacement is not possible as they have stopped stocking my model) or any sort of compensation for this. The only solution I am being offered is to attempt to fix it for a fourth time. Frankly, I have absolutely no faith in their ability to do this.They have offered me an external company to fix it but will expect me to pay the labour and pick up costs despite it still being within warranty. Again, none of this was communicated with me until I emailed asking why I have heard nothing from Ecomove.Would not recommend this place to anyone, I'm afraid. Wish I could tell everyone to go electric but unfortunately, you end up with unreliable vehicles and terrible service.

Richard at the workshop is very knowledgeable, friendly and seems happy to answer any questions prior to purchase and after. I had a major ongoing issue that the previous x shop was unable to solve for several months, after repeat services, long delays and unnecessary replacements of parts Richard found the source of the problem straightaway and solve it in timely manner and my e-scooter is finally back and running.Altogether very happy and I will definitely keep going back to him if I have any future problems and would highly recommend him to friends and family. You won't get a better service or a better price anywhere else. Thank you!

Absolute gem of a store. Super helpful staff and no pressure of an upsell. They made me a great deal on my new bike and all the kit I needed to get started. Also it is in a great location for a test ride, with both a nice separated bike path and a very steep road hill nearby so you can test your bike in conditions.

Eco move for electric bikes in Bristol is hands down the best shop I’ve ever been in, I’ve been searching for an e-bike for 2 months I don’t make quick decisions, I explained my riding expectations and why I need certain things on a bike due to my heart condition and they were sooooooooo nice took time with me let me have test drives added extras and sent me off with a new e-bike and a massive smile, cheers lads your awesome.

Picked up the bike on Saturday morning, not quite ready when we arrived had walk along the harbour and a coffee, ready when we returned. My wife is absolutely over the moon with her first E bike and the service at the shop 5***** . Hills absolutely no problem.Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. They guided me through the process of getting my first electric bike using the cycle-to-work scheme. They updated me at every step of the process and were extremely helpful in shipping my bike as I do not live in Bristol.I have the confidence I will use their services again.
