Conquer Me 365

My first breathwork session this evening. Really didn’t know what to expect… it was uplifting, inspiring, emotional and I definitely entered a trance like state, tingles in my arms and legs and a really high energy in the room. AJ kept the room as one and for a beginner like myself, talked us through each breathing level. The music was ACE! Will definitely be coming next week & looking forward to trying the Cold Water Therapy bath too x

Loved every minute of my breathe work and ice bath session with AJ today. Before class I wasn’t sure if I’m going to benefit from it but… what an experience! Breathe work - the best guided meditation I experienced so far and such a great way to relieve suppressed emotions. Felt freerer, lighter and happier straight after session. Ice bath? Wow, shocking at first but nothing can beat the feeling afterwards. Overfilled with energy, positive emotions and ready to conquer the world! Recommend to anyone!

I visited Conquer Me 365 for the first time last week after meeting the guys on a couple of hikes. I loved every second of it! The space was so safe, judgment free, welcoming and friendly. The ice bath was a challenge to say the least but it felt insane and such an achievement afterwards. The breath work and sound bath were also amazing. As someone who feels very vulnerable outside my comfort zone, I enjoyed this so, so much and felt very safe and calm the whole time. I will 100% be returning and would recommend Conquer Me 365 and AJ to anyone! Thank you all :)

Couldn’t recommend enough!First You go through a breathing workshop with blankets and eye masks so you’re completely relaxed before the ice bath.I was nervous to then do the ice bath but aj coaches you through breathing so you feel comfortable and at ease.I would tell anyone thinking of doing it to take the plunge because I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to and I’m so happy that I did!!

I was full of nerves arriving! AJ made the group feel so welcome that the nerves soon began to lift. The breathe work room inspires calm as soon as you walk in and find a mat to get comfortable on. Loved the added touch of the blankets too! The session left me feeling calm and centred. I was again quite nervous about my first ice bath but the breathe work in the session prepared me in such a way that the experience left me with a sense of power. Power about my own body and sense of control over myself….already booked my next session. Highly recommend!
