We used the Big Red Bus Company for our wedding in Hampshire in Apr 2018. For this we hired Phineas - the bus was in a great condition and the white ribbon + flowers was a nice extra touch.The Big Red Bus Company were very professional, reliable and arrived early on the day (which gave us one less thing to worry about!). Our experience with Berkshire's Big Red Bus Company, from start to finish, could not have been more seamless.We loved getting to meet Mitch and view the buses in person beforehand!We had the pleasure of having Beata and Emma as our driver and conductor - and they were absolutely wonderful…and so talented - our church was at the end of a very narrow road and the bus was parked and turned and maneuvered multiple times throughout the day perfectly!The bus was a huge hit with our guests - half of which were American, so we wanted the true double decker experience…and Berkshire's Big Red Bus Company more than delivered! Mitch gave top class service throughout for our son’s wedding. Despite contacting him at short notice and being under Covid regulations everything was sorted to perfection. He liaised at all times, checked the route and recommended the bus we should have for our narrow lanes and overhanging trees! He was always helpful with a can do attitude. On the day he arrived in good time and it all went like clockwork despite our challenging itinerary ! The ride on the open top to the reception was one of the highlights of the day. Booking a Big Red Bus for a recent function on the company's web site was straightforward and easy and the owner, Mitch, was a pleasure to deal with and most helpful and accommodating. The bus arrived promptly at the pick-up location and our journey in that beautifully preserved, veteran road warrior was over far too quickly. The crew were most friendly and contributed to a wonderful experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mitch's Big Red Bus to anyone who wants an unconventional way to transport guests to and from a function venue. Moreover I would use Mitch again if the opportunity arose in future.

A fantastic experience. Mitch and his team did a superb job.I booked the bus for a large international wedding and my son was the groom. Our new relatives travelled from California, Hawaii and Jersey. The American guests were so excited for their journey on the vintage British double decker bus and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which was complimented when being served a glass of champagne by the crew. Mitch kindly authorised I could purchase a couple of cases of champagne which the crew kept on ice and served to the guests. A top quality, professional service from start to finish.We booked a route master to take our son and a group of his friend to their year 11 prom. The booking process through Mitch was easy and on the day the bus arrived in good time, looking amazing, and the driver and conductor were friendly and professional. My son and his friends had a great time and turned quite a few heads when they arrived at their prom! We couldn't have asked for more.

I used Mitch and the big red bus company for a school prom last week and also in 2019 and both times have been fantastic! The communication while booking and before the event was brilliant and they are so accommodating when it came to changing the collection points etc. On the day Mitch and his team were great with the students, the bus looked lovely and they all had such a good time getting to and from prom. What an awesome experience! We had a Covid wedding and used the Big Red Bus Company. Mitch and company did everything in their power to make our day special, give us as close to “normal” as possible while keeping everyone safe, and made sure we had a blast! They communicated with us through the whole planning process and answered all of our one million questions! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all for making our day so wonderful!
