I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I lived in one of their properties on Carlton Road and it was perfect. Modern, clean & had everything I asked for inside. It’s a brilliant location just stones throw from the uni, shops, takeaways, a pub nearby and the train station is just up the road. Tom was brilliant. Just a really nice bloke to deal with, nothing was ever too much. If I ever returned to do another course at staffs, I would definitely be asking these guys if they had a place available.

The house on Ashford street is well-maintained and spacious. It has a great layout with ample natural light. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. Tom helps in every way out as soon as something pops up. Overall, it's a comfortable place to call home.

Spent 12 months at 48 Watford street with my partner. The support from the team was 10/10. Huge thanks to Tom for helping us out with the property, definitely recommend using these guys to anyone especially students new to stoke.

Worked with Tom for over 5 years and he’s definitely one of the best Landlords around. The houses are well maintained and beautifully finished. Quick to answer any queries and him and Molly are always happy to help. When viewing the houses, they were very clean and modern. You can tell there’s been a lot of effort and work put into it. Tom is an excellent landlord. He is easily accessible, any problems or queries we have had, we just drop him a message on whatsapp and he deals with them extremely quick and efficiently.

One of the best landlord and property management in Stoke. Tom has made me feel welcomed with any questions. No faults with the property on view and the house was deep cleaned and spotless on arrival. I highly recommend any houses on Spencer Road due to the distance to university and security.
