Hannah was totally amazing to work with. She responded to my email so quickly, and chatted with me well after working hours to plan my kitten’s collection and delivery at short notice. My baby was collected in Manchester and delivered in London exactly according to the time Hannah said, and she was so happy and joyous upon arrival, having been cared for so lovingly by Hannah. Sherrie transported our cat Boris on a very long journey from Southampton to Lairg, which involved an overnight stop. Normally Boris would not be able to cope with the 6-mile journey to the cattery so my wife and I were extremely concerned over how he would cope with 655 miles! We needn't have worried. Sherrie kept us informed at regular intervals and we were able to track her journey. She even sent us a short video of Boris enjoying his time with her. He arrived relaxed and it was clear he had been well looked after. Sherrie is a credit to the company and we would not hesitate to use PetsA2B again. Thoroughly recommended!

Hannah looked after my 16 year old cats on a 8 hour journey from the south east to Scotland. Hannah was great at letting us know how the journey was going and letting us know how the cats were getting on. It really showed how much she cared about the cats and their well-being. Hannah moved our Dad's dogs from the North East of Scotland to Norfolk and was simply awesome. Kept us updated on progress with location sharing and photos of their breaks and was super kind and friendly. Dogs were very comfortable in their super size crates and had a smooth and pleasant journey. Recommend very very highly!
