I attended the MRI unit today for a head scan. I am claustrophobic, everyone put me at ease explaining what was happening all the way through my scan,which helped me to relax.I can't thank you enough.

Experience was fine on the day of the appointment. Didn’t have to wait long in a queue. The issue is waiting for a result for 6 weeks…

Months to get appointments but once you have one the staff are brilliant . Nice waiting area Toilets are available, kept nice and clean. TV to watch while you wait. Staff took there time and very thorough with my daughter ..Update . Back again . Different staff and still the same lovely service from them all. Very polite

I attended the MRI Suite yesterday with my 82 year old Mum. The staff here were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. In these difficult times they went above and beyond. Thank you.

Found a place in the small car park right next to the MRI centre. Checked in at the reception by friendly staff and was called for my scan after only a short wait. The radiology staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful.

Been trying to get my results for months had two diff scans done brain/back several months later they still refuse to tell me what the results are but I have no other way, limited go access n they don't have them n send me back here. The experience itself was great the staff were amazing helped me with my wheelchair and the experinece was very good on the day I'm just not getting my results and as a housebound mum of toddlers I need my answers to get treatment. They don't tell u over the phone, been asking for a letter insteadm I keep ringing but no results :(
