Cannot fault them alarm started going off at 6am and then intermittently, the installer didn’t call back and Shaun called back. The price was fair and came out same day (my neighbours are also very thankful). In my diary to get it serviced next year and the guy that came out has already given me welcome advice. You can’t go wrong.

Pro-tek are a highly professional company that operates skilfully. Shaun and his team are very friendly and are very knowledgeable in their workmanship. I have had nothing but ease from the initial phone call to the installation day. I'd highly recommend anyone to use Pro- tek as a company to install CCTV as they don't overcharge in comparison to other companies out there.

Since my last review, my new Intruder alarm has been installed and is working great. Shaun recommended an upgrade to our current system and installed garden lighting at a last-minute request, too. Pro-tek even recommended where to get lighting from at a really good price. The engineer was courteous and arrived on time and explained how to use a new system with additional features and wore PPE at our request.Highly recommend Pro-tek Security.
