Really impressed with Ben's service. Booked the bike in by telephone and given an appointment within a week. Ben explained what he would repair before starting. Very efficient, we were able to pick the bike up within a few hours. Very pleased with the job done. Would definitely recommend KL cycles.

I very rarely leave reviews, but exceptional service is also rare. Ben is professional, friendly, skilled, offers great value. He is very quick to respond to questions, both online and face to face, and explains things clearly and in a way which is easy to understand.He explained why I didn’t need to spend as much money as I thought, trued my wheels perfectly and sorted out a couple of other problems while he was there. I’ll be going back for all of my servicing or repairs from now on!

So I rang Ben to see if he had any cycles for sale as I wanted to upgrade from my gravel bike to a road bike.Ben explained that there were issues with supply of new bikes but had I thought of just stripping the bike back and re-building it with new parts, such as new wheels and tyres, different chain set etc. This would give me the bike I wanted but at a cheaper cost.Having given it some thought I took the bike over to see Ben and he gave me his thoughts, which were very good indeed.Ben then gave me a very good quote, which I agreed and he did the work.Ben kept me informed along the way, sending photos and I picked the bike up 6 days later and what a fantastic job he has done.The bike looks brand new and having finally been able to go out on it now, it is amazing. Its so much quicker than my gravel bike, the gear changes are so much smoother and its so quiet by comparison.Suffice to say I am made up.I can't recommend Ben highly enough, very knowledgeable, great communication and delivered when he said he would. You can't ask for more than that.Thanks Ben.

Highly rate the team at KL Cycles, the communication throughout the service and repair work carried out on my bike was extremely efficient and helpful. The turn around time was much better than I’d have expected and the aftercare through messages to check that I was happy with everything was above and beyond what I’ve received anywhere else. Will be returning to them for all my bike work in the future as I also found their pricing very fair for the service and treatment you receive.

The lads at KL CYLCES are spot on! I bought what I considered to be a fairly expensive bike which ud of thought would have had the gears tuned correctly upon delivery . Couldn't ride it properly . Popped along to these guys and they sorted it in no time. Well priced and friendly. Will for sure be bringing it back for general maintenance and servicing. Cheers guys.

Needed 2 new tyres and tubes after successive punctures and was looking for someone around Mildenhall. Google flagged up KL cycles and I'm so glad. Lovely reception when I called and arranged for them to do the job. Very helpful guy this morning when I dropped it off and all done a couple of hours later. I was very impressed with the service and staff.
