Brockwell Park BMX Track

Seems like a decent track, hard to get a proper feel for it as there is harris fencing on the track as well as surrounding (most of) it. Some drainage issues in the lower section towards the end and was pretty muddy with puddles. Rough around the edges, particularly surrounding the start area

Great guys and gals who run the track for the kids, really gave them a great time. Highly recommended... Get there early!

Great BMX track, the oldest track and running club in the UK with experienced coaches. Been part of the club for 13 Years so far and has never been boring.

Went with the kids. Please be be careful on the ramp/ hill coming out as it’s gravel and sharp rocks.

Great location with lots of amenities surrounding it. Convenient to get to, just 5 min from Hern Hill train stationTrack has tight berms and narrow last straight.

I've been on this track a few times, and my most recent time I went on I fell off and my brake stabbed me in the upper leg area and I had to go to hospital. This was at the end of the track at the small bumps and I had a helmet on and I wasn't going very fast. I rate it 2 stars because the bombs at the end are fatal and even if I has wearing padding it wouldn't of helped with an injury at that point. Just to let you know if you send you kids here they will probably go to A&E. The locals are very helpful too!

This bad-ass looking BMX track was closed for refurbishment when I rode past on my mean looking road bike. The rollers in particular look like they could knock your teeth out so kids make sure to wear your helmet and tell your parents theres a good chance they'll be taking you to A&E.

Nice large track! The coaches however were very aggressive with my 4 year old considering all the other kids around him were 6. The bike they gave him had a faulty brake and when pointed out they shrugged there shoulders. Safety should be paramount. That was his first session and he hated it. I met another kid who rides at Peckham and without asking said they were aggressive there.This was an 11 year old telling me this! It was nice to hear cause this proved my initial thoughts were correct and I was wasn’t being over sensitive. My advice don’t listen to them and pay the money at age 4 it’s not worth it they don’t cater for this age bracket nor have the resource to do so save your money and wait till they are older cause realistically they don’t care.
