Wow, I’ve been trading with ERMIN for 25 years, they’ve always been a pretty lazy bunch but today I’ve just had the rudest guy on the phone, shouting at me because I wanted a tool put back together they have had for 8 months, he wanted to charge me!!. No phone calls to let me know how progress WASNT going , I’ve had to call frequently. I will never hire from this bunch of lazy complacent dead wood again.

A special thanks to two chaps who operate out of Stroud, Chris who mobilised a mini digger and mixer and delivered at very short notice and a superb effort from Frank who rang with prior notice, turned up exactly when he said he was going to, and collected the machine quickly and efficiently after a rapid off hire - he really represented the company at a top level- it’s guys like this that make operating small businesses possible .

Absolutely brilliant when we needed industrial dehumidifiers and a carpet blower ASAP after a pretty serious escape of water (and a pretty useless home insurance company).Really friendly and helpful both on the phone and in-store. We struggled to get the equipment from any of the larger chains, but Ermin had what we needed and could hire the same day - plus they talked us through how to use everything very clearly. I would highly recommend them!

Ermin has got all the tools you need under one roof at very reasonable prices. it serve to hire some of these tools to make DIY job easier and saves on buying equipment that might be only rarely used. Found the staff to be really helpful. Would recommend and will use again for sure.
