Graham was very open and honest. He did a really good job of installing the water softener, paying close attention to the small details ensuring it was perfect. He was a good communicator, reliable and very punctual. Would highly recommend him.

We had Graham fit a water softener in our new build as well as two Nest thermostats. He was really helpful in the lead up to installation - answering any questions we had as well as sourcing us a second Nest at short notice when we wanted to add this to the installation. His quality of work is excellent and generally a really nice bloke. Couldn't recommend Shires Water more!

Graham is an excellent supplier to deal with, and we couldn’t be happier with the work he has done.His communication throughout was excellent. A small thing I know, but he told us when he would be with us and he turned up exactly on time. He explained exactly what work he was going to need to do to fit our water softener. Then afterwards he explained exactly how it works and what we needed to do to maintain it.Graham and Sam cleared up after themselves to the extent that we wouldn’t have known they had drilled any holes or cut any wood. They were almost transparent to us while they did the work. Amazing. Both had that from any tradesperson we have ever had in before.I couldn’t rate Graham highly enough. I don’t leave many reviews but he deserves one for him and his business - thoroughly recommended.

Graham was extremely helpful from start to finish and did an amazing job with our water softener. I was choosing between his company and another company and I am so glad I chose Shire’s Water! The water softener has been great and the salt Graham kindly provided lasts so much longer than previous water softeners I’ve had.
