Local and a cheap venue to hire for many occasions. Lovely church and many clubs held here too.

A very friendly place where the people welcome you and will stop and chat. Never been here before but felt like I had been there for years the way I was made to feel so welcome.

Visited the Farmers Market, good when we paid our visit, but friends tell us it's even better now.

I was there Saturday, 24th June, 2023, to see HEBRON, a gospel trio featuring Helen Shapiro, Chrissy Rodgers, & Simon Elman. This was my fifth time seeing them since May 7th 2022, and feel I have formed a great friendship with these three wonderful people. The church itself is in a wonderful location. Wivenhoe is a lovely area. I lost my wallet that night just after the concert, and some god send handed it into the Greyhound Pub.I'm so thankful to know there are still some genuinely good people out there.

Weird to give a star rating to a church. But it's got all the things you'd expect a church to have. So I guess. Five stars. I mean you won't meet god there or anything. But it's a big room and that.

The door was open and we felt compelled to go in. Made to feel so welcome by a lovely, gentle woman who explained the church was open on the 2nd Saturday of each month to provide a quiet place for reflection where there would be someone to talk to or to be left alone if that was what you wanted. We spent time in the quiet space looking at a collection of beautiful stained glass panels each of a season of the year. They were commissioned by Catherine Packer after the death of her husband representing the journeys we make through life. A much needed rest from the busyness and noise of the world outside. We then chatted to the lady again who turned out to be Catherine. We are so thankful for what she and the curch have done
