Absolutely loved staying at the logde on the lake, cant wait to stay again.

2nd time on Bridge Pond. Had a couple of 20s and several between 9-10lb. Had to go larger boilie to avoid the bream which in fairness were a decent size.

My son has been pestering me for ages to take him fishing there so I took him, along with my daughter to have a look. I was shocked at just how rude the person was at the desk when I asked if it was OK just to have a look around. Without any pleasantries or advice, he just said no you can't " ! It was only when he could see the reaction on my face of disgust that he added that fisherman had paid for the right to fish peacefully. I just walked out and even my 12 year old son and 6 year old daughter asked me why the man was so rude! Shows a lot when a child picks up on it. It's a real shame as my son was really excited to go there."

This place has all the makings of a great place to go fishing. It's a shame when we went the fishing was on the slow side. I understand that but it was a shame the pod we booked had the door lock broken it was not cleaned at all. There was rubbish all round the place. The toilets anf shower are disgusting and toilets had no seats on them. The bins were overflowing. Come on guys it could be so much more than what you are doing with it now. It won't put me off booking again with them but I think I will wait a while until I go again.

Have been going there for years, and will continue to do so for years to come. My son caught his first of many carp there. Very welcoming staff and a huge tackle shop!

Not sure what the guys problem is in there wanted to go fishing with my son and told me the lakes were fully booked and when I got home and went on the app there were spaces.seems to be if your not a regular they don't want you down there won't ever go there neither will I be booking the luxury lodges again

Lovely settings and surroundings but the hot-tub chemicals were so misbalanced that my girlfriend and I were burned by it. Both had itchy heat that lasted several days and needed to be cooled with moisturiser to be able to sleep and now have peeling skin over a week later. We did address this privately on air b'n'b but received no response.Dry back and peeling feet featured in photos.
