Great club and a great teacher who truly caters for all ages. I love that my son and I can train together! Would definitely recommend.

Been going to kickboxing for past 5 weeks now, the exercise was why i joined and you sure get that.everyone is always very friendly andthe instructor Luke is great always show you the right way to do whats needed.I cant wait to be able to progress with belts once I'm up to the required level of skill .Would recommend to anyone to give it a try like i did, i just got hooked and stayed

My husband has been attending sessions for about 14 months now he enjoys it a lot and has made some new friends the instructor Luke is great it's the only break my husband gets from being a full-time carer it's built his confidence up a lot and now people don't bully him as much no more great club highly recommend posted on behalf of Daniel smallman

this is a really good place for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Also a brilliant thing to do as a family with children and adults able to go to the same classes. Luke is very approachable and is great at tailoring his help to different ages and abilities.
