I had the pleasure of working with James Winn, Northallerton Office, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. From the valuation with Chris, everything was just seamless. Victoria, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I felt like Victoria had me on speed dial because we spoke that much, but she took away a lot of stress by being so accessible and helpful throughout the entire process.One thing that really impressed me was their commitment to communication. Whenever I called, I could always count on a prompt callback. Even when Victoria wasn't available, Chris and Sam in the Northallerton office were more than willing to pass on my messages, demonstrating their dedication to excellent customer service.I had a handful of viewings with Sam, and he was friendly, professional, and patient! The entire team at James Winn, Northallerton, is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and courteous. They were open and transparent throughout, which made the whole experience much more pleasant.While I hope not to move anytime soon, I can confidently say that I would choose James Winn, Northallerton, again and again if the need arises. James Winn Estate Agents (Northallerton) were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. I dealt with Chris, Sam and Victoria through the sale and found them all to be extremely friendly and professional.Chris and Sam were great at talking me through the sales process and letting me know what was going on while the house was on the market. Victoria was extremely attentive, keeping me up to date with our sale as it progressed. I never felt I had to chase for information.As it was the first time we’ve sold a house, I had lots of questions and worries. Every time they were patient and answered anything in a matter of hours.I’d recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

All I can say is that all staff at the Northallerton branch provided a wonderful service, but I'd probably have to single out Victoria for a special mention. It was a long drawn out process, but with no fault to Winn's in that, and they always delivered a professional service keeping us well informed at all times. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Despite not being the client of James Winn, we were buying a property through them, James Winn and Victoria in particular were super. Victoria helped us chase up solicitors and liaised between ourselves and the seller so we were all kept in the picture at all times. We had a very difficult completion day and at one point it looked as though the completion wasn’t going to happen but Victoria chased and emailed and called solicitors and finally at 4:30pm after a lot of very stressful calls we managed to complete. Well done and huge thanks Victoria you are an asset to James Winn.

No stone was left unturned and no detail was missed. All parties involved knew exactly where they stood in relation to proceedings at all times. Any queries I had Victoria was able to answer or advise very professionally all with a pleasant manner and that means an awful lot in this day and age.I gave 5 stars as I cannot find a fault with the service so congratulations team James Winn and keep the great work up you guys excel in all that you do.

House sale completed with James Winn Northallerton today.From the initial valuation visit to completion, I have been kept up to date by the wonderful team of Chris, Victoria and Sam. They are all genuine and professional and have handled the sale efficiently and made the whole experience run smoothly.Really pleased to have used their services.
