Forget Me Knot Sports and Therapeutic Massage

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session with Michael and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered the tranquil atmosphere of his treatment room, I knew I was in for a treat. Michael's skill and strength were immediately apparent as he effortlessly worked on the knots in my shoulders. His firm pressure and techniques ensured every tense muscle was worked on. He had an extensive range of tools and techniques including the use of cupping which added an extra layer of bliss and relaxation. Michael is effective at what he does, he quickly identifies areas of tension and works on those with precision until sorted. I felt very comfortable throughout the session and Michael makes you feel so comfortable, he is so easy to talk to or if you wish to be quiet and just enjoy the blissful massage, then you can do so, whatever your preference. After the massage I slept like a log, felt more relaxed the next day and my tension in my shoulders eased, could feel my shoulders more flexible. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. His expertise, effective techniques and exceptional ability to make clients feel at ease set him apart as a top notch masseur. If you are in need of a therapeutic massage that goes beyond standard, Michael is the one to see. You won't be disappointed. Plus there is always lots of parking in the street, which is an added bonus.

I have been attending Forget Me Know for several months on and off. Michael has been wonderful and insightful explaining what may be happening to my muscles which helps me understand my pain. He has also been great and understanding when I have had to move an appointment. I recommend Forget Me Knot if you are thinking of a massage therapist.

Been to have a massage a couple of times now. Each time I have left feeling much better than when I arrived. Definitely hits the sore spots and able to relieve the pain. Even though only been a couple of times, made to feel very welcome and relaxed in his presence - even if half naked!

Amazing service. Managed to fit me in on the same day. I couldn’t lift my arm without being in pain and wanting to cry when I arrived with Micheal. He took the challenge and I now have a better range of movement meaning I can go back to work feeling so much better! All the clicking and popping really was worth it.. I really cannot thank you enough!

Absolutely brilliant! I've been to Michael twice now and will definitely be returning. I was having trouble with my shoulder and although it's sometimes still noticeable it's 100x better, I've never had cupping done before but would definitely recommend with Michael! Very reasonable price and fantastic at what he does!

I was in such pain with a muscle knot in my back where my shoulder blade is, so I thought I would see how it goes having a sports therapy massage. Was very friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times. I was really anxious but helped me through it by putting me at ease. Very honest and can ask anything you wish also had aftercare provided. Following my treatment it was abit tender but honestly has helped me being able to move and twist better than I could before. It’s now couple days later and no tenderness around the area at all.Highly recommend and very professional at all times.
