Recently hire a forced action mixer from matt and the team what can I say. I was running late for pick up/collection quick call to matt and shop closed and mixer was left in a safe place to pick upHelped me out BIG TIME 5stars all the way. A great business to look after the little guys

Brilliant customer service with the Kent Hire Ltd, very friendly guys, happy to help with any questions or queries you may have also brilliant if you need to extend the time of which you have hired one of there items, we hired a waker plate and we're not finished when expected and this was no problem for them at all, very high quality items and local to us, and the best prices which is a bonus, free parking outside the shop.

I Hired a Rotavator for the weekend and found the service to be very good, I had my own truck so collected it myself as I live in Deal (miles away), I used there online booking system that was easy to navigate, Matt help me get the Machine into the back of my truck and also when i returned it.More than happy with the service and would use them again.

I ordered a ride on lawnmower for a three day period. On the morning it was due to be delivered I received an email saying it had a fault and they were attempting to repair it. At 11am having heard nothing I phoned and spoke to Matt Barber who explained they needed a replacement drive belt. He assured me he would keep me informed. At 2pm I emailed saying if they were going to deliver the next day I was at a funeral but my wife was home. I heard nothing and at 7pm I sent a message to his mobile number. I could see it had been read but received no reply. Since then I have had no apology or explanation. I can tolerate a machine breaking down but not being ignored. Customer service is key in any business and is almost non existent in this one. I have asked for a refund, let’s see how long that takes. As previously said, avoid at all costs

As a small business we hire tools from Kent Hire quite regularly and the tools are always in tip top condition and they've never let us down. Cheaper than a lot of other tool hire places too!

I'm a maintenace manager for Renovocare .I hired a ride on lawn mower from kent hire and was very pleased with the service . The delivery and collection was excellent and also Matt was very helpful on the phone when we had an issue . Also the lady in the office was very polite helpful when I paid over the phone for the hire

Amazing company has everything you need for any reason. Needed to move a near 40 stone hot tub and a pallet truck was just what the job required firstly for helping to lift it onto its side to the moving it into and out of a lorry. Also friendly efficient staff who are good to chat with will definitely use again when things are needed
