The team are excellent, quick and efficient. They have helped us transform our house into a lovely home with beautifully laid carpet throughout. They even reserved some stock which was being discontinued until the time when we could finish the last room. No point using anyone else in the area, they are the business :)

Made a appointment for measuring and estimates for flooring. No one's shows up or calls, waited awhile longer and no one answers the phone so left message. Waited a few more hours and since I got no call back I called them myself. I thought maybe they're having a tough day and my guy called off or something so ask them to send someone else out. Guy shows up a few hours later without notice and does the measurements then leaves. No conversation or explanation of next steps, no estimate, no questions asked what I'm looking to be done beyond which rooms. Very confused as I heard good things.

Independent supplier of high quality carpets and floors at a better price than the big chains. Very professional, great fitters, and the business does great work supporting less fortunate members of our community where they can.
