We ordered from here tonight and it was disgusting the cheesy chips looked like sliced cheese was put on top and thrown in microwave. The salad for the kebab batch was onions and 1 shred of lettuce. We ordered a double cheese burger and there was hard fish in the burger. Took it back to complain and they said because they use the same tongs for the food maybe the fish stuck to the burger. When confronted that fish shouldn't be with the meat or using the same tongs they told us its what they do and have no problem. I hope people realise this place is a shambles we will not be returning here

I wish I could put 0 stars. We ordered on Uber Eats, the food arrived in good time but our order was ruined. 2 items were wrong, we got a random wrap that we didn’t order and in my chicken wrap was a piece of metallic string that looks like it’s from cleaning equipment! I bit into my wrap and saw the silver bit hanging out! We aren’t eating any of the rest of the food and we’re never ordering from there again!

Called for collection asked for large and mini fish and chips to be made fresh. Chips were stale and undercooked and batter was soggy , cod looked old and had no taste. This was my go to fish and chips place but has now gone downhill. We will not be returning.

Ordered via just eat and the food never arrived tried calling the restaurant and the number was unrecognised??? Won't be ordering again, lucky didn't pay on card, if the phone number isn't recognised why haven't you got one that is???

Worse burger ever and when I spoke the person working there he was very sarcastic when I said there was no salad or sauce in my burger he said you were meant to tell us you wanted salad and sauce. Secondly I said it stated on there that it says it is served with salad and sauce he laughed it off. He said shall I send you the salad now in a sarcastic way. He said when you order next time tell us you want salad and sauce, I said well I won’t be ordering from you at all.

Absolutely disgusting, Stale food, greasy and undercooked. Got cold 'mushy peas' and when rang to complain got told to warm them up myself and was spoken to like I was nothing, very rude and aggressive mannered. Now feeling very unwell since eating the bit of food I could stomachAVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Ordered via deliveroo. They took my money accepted the order and then never delivered. Literally thieves! Owner told me over the phone they were never going to deliver! Make sure this place is shut down and these people are not allowed to operate!

Order received tonight they call this a salad with just a load of lettuce, onions and a few tomatoes, where's the cucumber I paid £1.99 for this not impressed I could have got a better one from over the co op for £1 with everything in it. What planet are you from
