I initially approached Deacon Richardson in 2014 to assist with the design of a loft conversion, and found their professionalism and vision to be unrivalled. Since then we have worked together on a number of other projects and they have never let me down.Dave Batey has always gone above and beyond, providing much needed support to see our projects through to completion. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used D&R regularly for more than 25 years and found them to be thoughtful, professional with excellent design ideas. On a couple of occasions I confess to having strayed to try other firms but none held a candle to D&R compelling me to return to have my projects redesigned with resulting delay and cost. Seriously, don't waste time trying anywhere else. Just give them a call!

We really enjoyed working with Toby and the team at Deacon & Richardson, who designed our kitchen extension and new bathroom. Very happy with the level of contact and communication throughout the process, the excellent drawings and the insight into various options or decisions we had during the project. Would highly recommend and we would certainly use them again for any future work.

Professional and Knowledge is spot on

We instructed Toby to assist us in August 2020 with a rear single storey extension to our house, remodelling throughout and the addition of a front porch extension.Toby was very clear and prompt in all of his communication, came up with imaginative plans based on our priorities, and assisted us through the process (as and when required) until completion of the build.I would wholeheartedly recommend Toby and Deacon + Richardson for those looking to work through the planning process on a residential property and we will certainly look to use Toby again in the future, should we require those services.
