Recently booked this property for my 50th birthday. 3days at £867 so not exactly cheap accommodation. Due to Covid hitting the family we were unable to stay at the property. We immediately requested Short Stays St Andrews re-advertise the property. After doing all the chasing from our side we have been offered no refund, discount or offer to re-book alternative dates. We also paid a £100 cleaning fee as part of this cost which has not been reimbursed. This company and owner has shown no empathy for our situation which is unacceptable. My advice do not give this Booking Company or owner your money - book elsewhere!
