Staff could not be more friendly! So helpful and accommodating in making a potentially scary experience enjoyable for our little pup. Vet was fantastic and so helpful, explained everything thoroughly and filled us with confidence! Really recommend this veterinary surgery for your furry friends!

I am so very grateful and thankful to the vets at Authur Lodge Vets. I had an emergency with my cat last week and they got us straight in, looked after my cat and myself so well.We went back for a follow up today and they are so friendly and fantastic at what they do. Thank you.

Professional, helpful and friendly. Having been with the same vets practice for over 12 years we looked for a new one after they were bought out and seemed to become less reliable. We tried several but settled on Arthur Lodge as they gave us confidence that they really care about the animals, provide good, clear advice and appropriate treatment. Not too pricey either.

Don’t take your rabbit here, they basically killed our rabbit when they did the anaesthetic wrong, left the rabbit unattended and it died ( this rabbit was booked in for a spay )And what with recent news spreading how these guys killed a kitten because they injected the kitten in the wrong place (Vaccines ) says it all, I suspect I’ll get a salty reply from the vets. See below lol. But. Please take my word and go elsewhere. Totally uneducated staff here.

Disappointing. We moved to the area a year ago and have been totally underwhelmed by the customer service, quality of care, professionalism and waiting times. I have decided to move back to my old vet where the experience for my pets and our family is outstanding. This is such a shame. Come on Arthur Lodge, you can do better!

We sadly had out cat Odie put to sleep this morning. Our vet Hannah was so kind and we cannot thank her enough for her kindness and compassion. All the staff have been lovely. Highly recommend

Brought in two rescued pigeons. Very lovely and caring staff. Felt much better after they took in those poor pigeons who needed some care and rest. They now can recover in a safe space, surrounded by other quirky birds with a patchy past.

It’s a vet, so your animal won’t love it and it’s going to hurt your bank account - (no my 8yr old dog is not insured) . Having said that we did have really good service this week. All options and costs clear and upfront- prompt and caring treatment. Telephone Updates and flexible to my needs (upset kids) and my expectations - minimum cost/maximum benefit . My dog still hates the vets but I think they really helped him out :) . Thanks bet Hannah and the team
