Victor is a superstar!Fantastic experience at this store every time we visit, this is mainly down to Victor!The store is bright, clean, well laid out and not cluttered at all with plenty of space for wheelchair users too.The quality of the furniture is high but great value for money at the same time.There is plenty of off street parking including disabled bays right outside the door but beware that there are strict parking restrictions that can land you with a fine as the car park is privately owned.Victor is an expert in his field, he has worked in this industry for many years and also this store for as long as I can remember! What Victor doesn’t know about furniture and customer service isn’t worth knowing! He is always polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, patient and not at all pushy which is so refreshing these days!There’s not many great people like Victor left in the sales industry I’m afraid, so I would definitely recommend dealing with him without hesitation. You will be in safe hands.

Wonderful customer service by the sales manager, Victor, who was very welcoming without the typical 'salesy' approach. He boasts a wide range of knowledge when it comes to the products and explained everything to us clearly.We're looking forward to our new sofa and understand that there might a delay in the estimated delivery time given all that is going on in the world!

A complete joke of a company, ordered my new sofas beginning of Aug 2021 and told 14-16 weeks, then they mailed in Nov to say delay until Feb 2022, not one person rang!!! Then they attempted delivery but all boxes and sofas very badly damaged, was told a manager would call, no call, I went to the store and was told that another manager call was raised and guess what!? No call again, visited the store again and again no one knew what was happening with the order!! Basically waited 7 1/2 months for nothing, no communication, a complete shambles of a company and had to get my money back. I will be telling everyone I know not to buy from this pathetic companySince my last very poor review I posted for obvious failings in this company, I subsequently received a reply to my review saying that after looking into my case the problem was due to a supply issue. This just shows how little this company care about their customers as my issue was with a damaged sofa that took 7 months to arrive, this just cements my opinion of DFS and I would urge no one to give them hard earned money as they just don’t care.

I originally went into the Cribbs Causeway store and was ignored to the point where I was sat on a sofa trying to order it online! I failed to navigate the website so went to the Longwell green store. The service was amazing. I returned late at night to view again and was not in any way felt rushed even though the store was about to close. The staff were extremely welcoming and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. My sofa was delivered around 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The service from the delivery guys was also excellent and consistent with the feeling of ease I experienced in the store. There is nothing throughout the whole process which could have been better. I have and will continue to recommend this store. The whole process was 100% faultless.

Made 2 orders from this storeBoth with Victor as the only available staff member at the time.He ordered things in the wrong colour both times.Managed to clock it on the order details for the sofa suit in July 2022, so no harm done, made a second order in Dec 2022 to add to the suite and they delivered it in the wrong colour, when I tried to fix it through customer services he left multiple voicemails to suggest it was my error on choosing incorrect colours even though they typed it in wrong, and took 3-4 months to correct so I had a brown sofa item sat in my house for 3 months instead of the cream/beige suite we’d ordered that couldn’t be used to avoid marking it as “used”. Not ok.

I am extremely disappointed with the service receieved by our sales rep at Longwell Green. In store we were told we would have a 'dedicated sales rep' who would be available to answer any questions. Since placing the order, we have questions and low and behold our 'dedicated' person is not available, and has provided no means of getting in touch with her.We tried contacting central DFS customer services who were unable to help. They said they would pass our queries on to DFS Longwell Green who would be in touch within 72 hours. They have not. I am extremely disappointed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was attended to by Charlotte on our first visit about a month ago, then by Ray today. Wide range of great quality sofas and sofa beds at reasonable prices and with finance available at 0% it made the choice so much easier.

Amazing service from Ray! We bought our sofa today and he was fabulous. He explained everything so well and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s not often that you find great customer service nowadays and Ray was 10/10We can’t wait to receive our new sofa!

This store has terrible customer service. We were greeted by a pleasant young man at the door but completely ignored by the rest of the staff. They will walk away as you approach them and go into this glass office in the middle of the shop floor. You can clearly see them on their phones and avoiding eye contact so that they won’t have to come out and serve you. Clearly, they need a training refresher.

I have ordered a coffee table very expensive one. I'm was surprised today. They sent me a second hand one with a lot of damage. How is possible something like that?
