The Dance Academy

Fantastic dance and theatre school. My daughter loves her classes here. Throughout Covid lockdown, they kept classes going via Zoom which was amazing. Now firmly back in the studio, the smiles on the faces of all the kids speak for themselves. The teachers are welcoming and so enthusiastic.

My son loved the Summer School. Was really good value with excellent communication. Really welcoming and friendly teachers. What they managed to achieve with the kids in a few days was amazing. Loved watching the mini show.

My children adore Jenny and her dancing team. It's one activity they're always desperate to be at. The team put so much effort into teaching the kids.When collecting them from dance class, from a distance, I often hear Jenny (or colleagues) shouting the kids on with such fun and excitement, it always brings a smile to my face.

I have 2 daughters age 13 and 16 that attend multiple classes per week. They love it!

Everything about the dance academy is great, and it’s all reflective of Jennifer’s passion for dancing but most importantly letting the kids have fun. Great for developing confidence as the atmosphere between the kids is great and very supportive.Both our kids have grown since they have been attending the dance academy, both in terms of dancing capability and confidence.

My daughter has been dancing with Miss Dougan’s dance school for 4 years & loves it. She has consistently taken part in tap, ballet & modern dance styles undertaking exams too where she has excelled, under Miss Dougan & her staffs tuition.Miss Dougan offers all styles or dance as well as cheerleading & musical theatre. All classes are run by Miss Dougan’s hand picked staff who are all fantastic, so committed & you can tell love working with the children.The dance studio facilities are fabulous too and the on site dance shop is perfect for picking uniforms which are always the best quality brands.Highly recommend!!
