A fantastic accommodation, with fantastic staff and lively residents. In a great location with constant activities and non stop fun.

Overall I feel like Liv is a good accommodation however there are some glaring issues. The first of which being the furniture, which while looking stylish at first you realise how flimsy everything is. Pair that with the absolute extortionate price list for repairs, 300 pound to replace a coffee table that can break simply from adjusting its position etc. Also the way they run their waste disposal is a bit of an issue as you can't even get down there most days of the week. I also felt like the price was already a wee bit high this year but seeing how much they've hiked up the prices for next year I don't see the value for money. However its not all bad as overall the staff are friendly and accommodating and I enjoyed the shared living experience and the room did everything I needed it to

Very unprofessional staff including a manager. Shower was leaking for months and was continuously told it would be fixed and never was! Studio room offer hardly any natural light and certainly no wonderful views of the city as stated. Not even a kettle is provided. The surrounding area is very run down and certainly not safe at night. BT1 and BT2 offer a fabulous service all round and much closer to city centre. Extremely disappointing for the price paid. Will not be recommending

Excellent value for money, PS5, billiard, foosball, gym, study area available at no cost. Great location. It is a student dorm = can get loud if rented during a semester. Automatic light in the bathroom and a fan that would never turn off.

Hello. Staying in that apartment was undoubtedly the worst experience of my life. Despite having stayed in hotels and apartments many times before, I have never encountered such a terrible situation. Upon settling in, we inquired at the reception desk about receiving letters and parcels, and they assured us they would gladly accept them. However, reality proved to be quite the opposite. The reception unjustly suspected us of illegal activities and abruptly demanded that we vacate the premises immediately. It was a horrifying ordeal, especially considering we were innocent and had already paid for our stay. Despite our refusal to leave, they persisted in expressing their dissatisfaction with our presence.Regrettably, it seems that in these apartments, they can expel you for no valid reason if they happen to conjure up suspicions, even when you have done nothing illegal.Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the cleanliness standards in the apartment. Upon checking in, we found the microwave to be in a deplorable state, and although we requested it to be cleaned, little improvement was made. I was also disheartened to witness the cleaning lady carelessly placing face and body towels on the floor in the hall corridor, a flagrant violation of hygiene practices.I strongly advise against choosing these apartments if you expect to receive parcels, desire a clean environment, or anticipate being treated with even the slightest courtesy. Save yourself the trouble and seek alternative accommodations.

I’m currently in my first year of uni and am in LIV. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and have made many new friends, the reception staff are alway up for a chat and so very helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation !!!

Excellent facilities and right at Ulster University doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and kitchens are amazing quality and have everything you need.
