Well and truly disgusting the way the call operator spoke to Me on the phone. I never called ambulance 111 did! I can honestly say if and when I have my 3rd heart attack I will not be calling you ever.

I was involved in a road traffic accident this morning on Narborough road and the ambulance came to check me over as I was in shock and had pains to the chest and knee .i don’t know the staffs names but I would like to say they were ace ! They helped and stayed with me for ages and took me home after checking my chest and it was bruised but ok . Thank you so much to the paramedics that attended this morning around 9am at the shell garage in Narborough road and helped me so much . Thank you wonderful people x

Found our elderly friend in a hypoglycemic state. The ambulance service were fantastic. The operator (dont know his name) was great, calm and stayed on line till the ambulance crew arrived. Dave and denise (think that was her name) were great, cannot complement them enough. Great job guys. Very grateful and very thankful xxxx

Had a heart attack called ambulance 20 mins the two paramedics were brilliant thoughtful, respectful, very caring and above all professional thanks to there skill Iam able to write this review this is the second time this service has saved my life, there are not the words to express my gratitude thank you all very very muchShaun Lang

On the advice of our GP we called for an ambulance yesterday. It arrived in Countesthorpe about twenty minutes later. The crew were FANTASTIC not only were they technically on the ball they were kind and understanding. We are so lucky to have access to such a super service. Thank you so much
