Absolutely shocking service. Zero customer skills. Harassed my kids. Staff need some lessons on dealing with the public. The only nice guy was the security guard!

It's true what they say about the customer service. Their alarm ran off when I was going out without buying anything. The security guy was very suspicious and I even offered to check the bag. He was like are you a student??? Seems like student are used to steal from them. I am a PhD student and he got even more suspicious when I told that. Well I didn't liked the shoes that was why I didn't buy anything. I will never buy from them now though. This alarm thing happens in many stores but not one of them were this bad. Well it's better to avoid if you like a bit of respect. We are not here to steal. Avoid.

Not even a single star will be awarded had the worst service in my entire shopping life ! I was about to get a zavetti cap and all of a sudden the security guard asked me and my friend to place the hat and leave the store he was so quick to judge us as shoplifters and didn't even care to explain what happened really felt very bad for taking my friend on my recommendation to footasylum.Let karma do the thing for what he made us feel low about ourselfs ! Being an international student and earning every bit of my money by working in night shifts and getting tagged as a shopliffter is something which I couldn't take up on myself ! Really ruined my day !

Disgusted with the racial profiling of black customers by security who don't even speak, yet use gestures to make black customers remove their hoodies when entering the store. We spend hundreds each time we shop here. We wont be coming here again. We will take my hard earned money elsewere.

One star is being generous. Tried to buy two Nike caps for the children to wear on holiday and they had price labels on them.After paying for them and realising we had been charged incorrectly naturally queried it. Staff then got funny and basically the ‘computer says’ we can’t honour the price on the label. Then after leaving the store they accused the children of filming it and asked to see their phones. Staff basically unable to communicate on a basic sales level or unable to even smile. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had to make a Google account just for this review! Dealt with an employee of your store and I believe she is to be some sort of management of the store itself. Her name is Roisin and she treats her staff and the customers like absolute ****! No customer service skills at all, I wanted a pair of trainers and she talks down to me and makes me wait forever even when the store wasn’t busy! And as she was meant to be serving me she got someone else instead as she just stood at the front on her phone. Absolutely atrocious, the store will not survive with staff like that! Will not be coming back as long as she is in the store. Worst service ever.

Fitting room not available because there been some incident and fitting room is not in use. When I asked how I can try clothes because I don't want to come again just to exchange clothes, they told me I can try it in old fitting room but there is no door or I can order it online so I will don't need to leave home.I'm very disappointed. I've been too much shocked to even say something. Definitely will not back again.

the shopping experience on this site is horrible as well as customer service. Promises over promises. So the story is so I bought online my new winter jacket I paid extra for the next day delivery ..... and they changed it to be worked on for a week but honestly it proved with everything they told me like the prodys it is valid the product was not scanned and not delivered at all I could get my money back it is very horrible and very humiliating to stay after them almost two weeks after the ordered product and they only make promises honestly .... It was the first and last time when I will buy from them or put my foot in the store ..... and honestly I have nothing now passed but somehow I still feel disappointed by the unpleasant experience.

Being a past employee of Footasylum Nottingham I have noticed the massive decline in customer service since I have left. I popped into the store recently for a pair of trainers, no one to greet me at the front but instead the girl was just sitting on the left side near the window talking to a few of other staff members... Who sits down on their shift when they're meant to be working... Baffling. No one on the footwear section and had to go to the till to get help. The store has definitely fell off from what it used to be. Definitely need to hire decent staff and replace the ones they currently have in as I can't see the store lasting for long the way it is currently. Quite sad really.

Went in yesterday to buy a pair of trainers for my daughter. My daughter asked a female sale assistant to find us a size 6 to try it on. She was looking like she's not very happy at all. It's like we have interrupted her conversations and there's no smile no enthusiasm or wanting to help. The company should check in with the branch and check out all the workers. There are a lot of bad reviews and I'm one wouldn't visit the store again.
