Went buy some blinds for bedroom got them home. The ends quite cheap quality. Not cheap blinds.. Following week new blind for another window went to range much better quality material and ends much better quality half the price. Bit surprised as thought Dunelm sold better quality products.

I visited Dunelm today 22 January 2020 to look at and price up bedding, towels and a few other small items. How refreshing to find everything I was looking for under one roof. The range of items on sale is really extensive and includes everything for the home. Price wise there is a choice on many items.The shop is on two floors with an escalator to the upper floor. There is also a lift. There are toilet facilities on the ground floor which were clean and tidy for my visit today. On the upper floor there is a very nice caffe which I'm happy to say was very competitive price wise. The staff were very helpful and chatty.

I bought 2 picture frames, price on the frames stated £5.50 each, however, I was charged £6.00 each, when querying this at the till after checking receipt, before leaving the shop, I was told the till hadn’t been updated to reflect the advertised price on the item. When I asked for my £1 that was overcharged, I was told not possible until till updates which would take about half an hour!!! I am absolutely disgusted that I was blatantly overcharged and cashier would not give me MY money! The actual £1 is not the issue it’s the absolute principal, clearly overcharged as cashier said but not willing to reimburse me until till updated! The till issue is not the customers problem. To add insult to injury the frame was damaged!!!!

This store has some nice stuff for your home from bedding to kitchen ware to curtains and blinds a very good range to choose from and they have some good sales on to.

Went in to collect order 29.10.23 @ 14.15 woman on the till was so rude.Hardly looked at us, even my 9 year old daughter commented ( yes, she does have good manners) she put my large collected items on the floor and didn’t look at me or say a word! I feel sorry for the other staff having to work with that!! Don’t get a job working with the public with an attitude like that, honestly disgusting customer service!!

Missing price labels on sewing section, I pop in there quite often for sewing supplies & quite often end up walking out & going over to Hobbycraft!things like elastic ect by the metre has no price label per metre.

Really terrible customer services. Take your money for a click and collect order and contact you shortly after to tell you the items are not available. Surely they would have known at the time when I ordered. Even when I went into the store they wouldn't let me choose an alternative. So now I'm waiting 5 days for a refund of almost £80 I could have spent elsewhere. Not happy Dunelm!!. Won't be using your stores again!!
