I ordered an urgent item on a Thursday for next day delivery but I got a message from the courier stating that it would be delivered after the weekend. I called Smiffys and Niels called me back to sort it out. He liased with UPS on my behalf, called with regular updates and said that if it hadn't arrived by 3pm he'd send out another. As it happens it arrived at 2:54 but Niels was amazing. Can't remember the last time I've had such good service anywhere.

Prices on the tags don't match with the actual prices. This was the case with both of the two products I inquired about. Just don't like being lied to.

What a brilliant service I had in smiffys cowley road Oxford, I was very short of time and the staff where amazing, running around the shop for me. They made our outfits perfect, I wish I had asked for the young lady and young man names who served me , so I could thank them personally. I came in Saturday 20th October at around 12.15, so the manager knows who was working that day, thank you again for your great service
