After suffering hearing loss in one of my ears I booked an appointment to see Donald. Within 24 hours I had visited Donald, who cleared the blockage in my ear quickly, pain free and I could hear perfectly again. Donald is also very knowledgable and gave me additional information about measures that could be taken to prevent future occurrence. Highly recommend.

I booked a last minute appointment to see Donald after being fed up from not being able to hear out of my right ear for a few days. During my appointment, he was extremely informative, friendly and efficient. He quickly suctioned my ear and I could hear immediately! I am so pleased that I made this appointment and could not recommend him enough!

Excellent, friendly and professional service. Donald went above and beyond and managed to accommodate my request for a higher frequency hearing test. His knowledge is insane and gave me loads of helpful advice on sound and perception of it which was beyond the scope of the appointment.

Excellent. Lovely chap, explained everything and went through the tests. Reassured me on a couple of points. Would not hesitate to use again. There is an option to upload a photo, but i am not sure a picture of my ear will help :-) - great service - thanks

Donald is a really nice guy, very friendly, patient and attentive too. He didn't rush me and he listened and understood my every word when I was explaining. It didn't feel like an appointment either it just felt like a friendly talk. He is very knowledgeable and he put me at ease as I was nervous. He told me what to do and what not to do, he let me get involved by letting me see the pictures on the screen and let me feel the suction how strong it was etc. 5 stars isn't enough, I would definitely go back if I had to.
