Henleigh Hall Care Home

it's such a wonderful thing in life to share your love,care, respect and time to take care of all the people that reside there needing care and assistance(so,so wonderful)5 stars all the way,but very deserving of so much more

If there were 10 stars, I would give it 10 stars

So, providing your loved one has no complex care needs this home is fine. However, once my mother in laws self funding ran out (about 80k), she was suddenly too difficult to manage and was evicted. She is almost 91 so this has all been very traumatic for her. The home put us under immense pressure to find somewhere (there aren’t that many emi nursing beds and the cqc website is less than helpful). All in all a poor experience that has left a very nasty taste.As an update, my mother in law died two months later having never recovered from being moved from somewhere she knew and people she knew to a strange new environment.

I arranged a date to visit henleigh hall with regards for Respite for my mum. The dates we wanted were available and was told they would be saved until our visit. Visit went well, dates available and we would get a phone call next day. When henleigh rang us we were told the dates were NOT available. Mum's first Respite, first visit to a nursing home. Very upset and disappointed we had been put through this ordeal

The team are delightful, kind and thoughtful. Although I haven’t been able to get Bettys full experience because of covid they have been very supportive with me. Can’t fault them in any way.
