I have trained with Jade for over 2 years now and am really happy with the results. During this time I have increased my strength, improved my form and, equally importantly, dropped a dress size! Jade is always very encouraging and goes out of her way to create training plans that specifically meet my needs (I am a keen skier and always trying to improve my endurance and strength). She constantly refers back to previous training sessions with a comparison of how much I have improved which is a great motivator. Brilliant PT! So supportive with and questions and very attentive and approachable with anything. Jades helped so much with general fitness, health, food choices and just general confidence. Her classes are hard but always friendly and have a laugh. Brilliant atmosphere aswell. Would recommend to anyone of any ability you would get something out of it!!

Through a combination of Jade’s online classes, bootcamp sessions, PT and nutritional guidance I have lost 10kg and seen a massive shift in body composition. I cannot thank Jade enough for what she has helped me achieve. I am now at maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. Training with Jade has made me fall in love with fitness. Every training session is different with no chance of ever getting bored. She knows exactly how much to push you. Jade’s nutritional support has been a game changer for me. She encouraged me to make a few simple adjustments to my diet which made a huge difference. Jade has not only helped change the way I look but also the way I feel. Six weeks ago I started on a personal eating plan that Jade set for me it was easy to follow and stick to and there are some fabulous meals and lots of choices on the plan so I did not get bored with it. My initial goal was to lose 7 lbs so far I have lost 9 lbs and I am really happy with the results. I am enjoying the food so much on this plan that I am going to continue with it. I would highly recommend jade and her expertise she has been very supportive throughout

Jade has been a huge support to me during the last year with regards to my fitness and eating. I have always been sporty and I truly do love exercising, but getting to grip with loosing weigh has always been a huge issue for me. Jade has worked with me, developing my understanding of nutrition & calories/exercise needs specific to my body type. Always offering lots of support while teaching me to care & love my body. I have been able to stop yo-yo dieting & I now enjoy my sports & exercise much more without thinking about weigh loss. We share recipes & she advises me on how to make them even healthier, or how which foods can help with weight loss etc. I do Jade’s online classes 4 x a week. There are recorded session available for when I’m busy. The classes are really good and I always feel on a high when they are finished. If you want any help with fitness & weight loss, this lady can help you. But you do need to be prepared to work hard to get results.

Absolutely fantastic workouts!Jade is extremely motivating, I always feel so much better after the classes…I love Jade’s teaching style she is very enthusiastic has brilliant teaching points and always gives lots of options on the exercises if I want a mega hard workout her classes give me that!! If I need to take it but easier on that day again there is another option!! I really would not be where I am today without Jade’s classes…I honestly did not think it was possibly to increase my strength and fitness from a home workout.. but the buzz jade gives me is addictive!! Thank you jade for just been you!! It’s not a job to you it’s a passion! I feel you really care and want me to do well In classes…
