The Scandi Chef

The Scandi Chef has catered for us at work, at home and as guests in other homes. Every occasion has been wonderful, every bite explodes with flavour. Happily caters for extra dietary requirements. We particularly love the chef ‘run down’ of what we are about to eat, really nice chap we would highly recommend.

Magnus cooked for a group of us at the weekend for a special occasion and we were simply blown away. He catered for two vegans in the party (myself included) and created a menu that closely replicated the original without losing any of the creativity or flavour. I've never had vegan food like it.Magnus was professional, friendly and left the kitchen spotless!Honestly can't stop thinking about the meal and the next occasion we can book him for! Thank you Magnus!

Magnus has cooked 3 fantastic dinners for us at home . The food is delicious and beautifully presented . Michelin starred ( in our opinion ) . The menu is seasonal and sustainable . He provides everything from cutlery and napkins , sets the table and copes with our cooking facilities in his unflappable and charming manner . One can really relax and enjoy the evening with friends / family .

Magnus cooked for a group of 6 of us at our holiday cottage in Dorrington. 2 of the party were vegan and Magnus made every effort to ensure their food was as much of a replication of the main menu as possible. Everything was perfect, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Magnus was so professional and we wouldn't hesitate to book another dinner party again. 5 stars - highly recommend !!
