Deaf action. I have personally found lacking , from being misled or lied to about their (as most deaf ppl Know ) faulty, poor quality fire alarms systems, to their staff attempting to force deaf couples apart, threatening vulnerable deaf people to impose the will of certain staff. Regardless of the deaf persons wishes.

I have been experiencing difficulty with my TV aid and I 'phoned to ask for an engineer to visit. Surprise, Steven came within hours and I no longer have to rely on subtitles. The staff were helpful, friendly and, Stephen was kind and made sure I knew how to operate the system. What a difference to my quality of life. Thank you.

Visited club to see old faces. We used to go to club ages ago 47 years ago. Building looks same
