Bought a used BMW from them. It was a much better experience than other dealers have given me recently. It’s a dealership - they want to make the deal, they are there to sell cars and get you gone - but the cars are better than average, the toilets are spotless, and the coffee is good. Also the test drive route was a mix of roads. I’d certainly use them again.

I have never experienced such poor customer service, admittedly we were late for a test drive! But, the grumpy salesman only acknowledged and spoke to my husband and totally ignored me....will I buy a car from him? Absolutely not!

Recently purchased a used car from Motorline Maserati Maidstone. The service from Damian Kirby from start to finish was first class. He was always available at the other end of the phone, replied swiftly to emails and answered any questions I had in great detail. When I travelled down to pick up the car I was welcomed very warmly. I got a great car at an even better price. Damian walked me through all of the main features of the car as well as loads of useful hints and tips that I would never have discovered otherwise. An amazing service provided and a brilliant experience all round.Thanks again, Damian!

Bought a used Audi from Damian and he really was fantastic from start to finish. Answered all my questions and worked hard to source the digital service history from 3 different Audi garages in the Motorline group (disappointing that the first two would not help him, but fantastic persistence from Damian). When one front tyre was punctured, he insisted on replacing both at no additional cost to me! Never known such good service pre-purchase. If you're buying a Maserati or indeed any used vehicle be sure to check them out!

My partner and I recently bought a Audi A4 Avant from Damien. He very quickly and consistently answered all my partner's questions, and the whole process was extremely smooth. The car was like new and the service from Damien and the whole team was brilliant!
