Bought a pair of headphones from here for £10 and they broke the next day. Asked for a refund and he remembered me and all he said to me was “I told you to get the more expensive ones.” And then said we don’t do returns or refunds which is just ridiculous seeing as the items I purchased lasted ONE DAY. If they were cheaper I wouldn’t care but a tenner for earphones to break the next day is a joke

Left an iPhone in for a rear glass repair. They burned the front screen and actually managed to damage lots of pixels all over the screen.Contacted them and they avoided me and wouldn't accept blame.Left it to someone else to replace front screen and they confirmed what Mobilezone had done wrong.Avoid. Mistakes happen. But don't dodge the problem

This shop is the best phone repair place in Belfast!! Cheapest place by far quoted me £50 less than iphix Belfast and was able to do it straight away had my phone back the same day, have used the shop before to get other phones fixed and time and time again the service has been amazing and couldn't ask for better deffo 5/5 stars!!

Went in to ask about my phon not charging and they cleaned it out and didn’t charge me for their time. Although it was just a small thing, they were very nice and helpful and very pleased with their service.
