We were amazed how customer friendly is the service of this company.We are ordering a second year now and based on the inflation this year the prices are very difficult to bare. The team responded incredibly when we shared our concerns and they found a fantastic solution so we ordered 6 glass awards and our event will be organised on time for Christmas.I would like especially to thank Abby. Her attitude towards the costumers is incredible. She was really kind and helpful and always seeking a solution so our request can be resolved in the best way. Absolutely the best place to buy trophies and medals. I’ve had trophies and medals customised and designed by them and they are high quality and exactly what they say they are. Very speedy delivery, ordered 26 customised medals on Monday and they came by Thursday! Rapid email replies and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

We had an intricate piece we needed engraving and the team helped us achieve this. The customer support from Abby and Tom was second to none.
