I bought a coffee yesterday morning around 7am and NO good morning, no smile or have a mini conversation, no eye contact nothing. Such a dull bland miserable service. It's like they couldn't be bothered to even make a coffee. Felt very uncomfortable.

I paid an extra 3 pounds of tips without realising that. My phone does contactless payments a few cm away from the device. I repeatedly failed to pay for the coffee while the phone was showing all OK. Only after checking my mobile banking and carefully looking at devices I realised what was wrong. Coffee is not bad though.

Really delicious coffee, would never normally leave a review for a coffee shop but it was good. £3.60 for a cappuccino so not bad given quality of the coffee. Staff service was great too, very polite.

Regretted coming here..This morning I had to leave behind my coffee because after I paid for my order the staff were just chatting and ignored me for 3 minutes.I had to tell them I need to leave behind my coffee because I’m going to miss my train, and the young lady working there today was extremely rude in tone and defensive, saying that I literally just ordered and it’s not their fault.It really was upsetting to be spoken to like that as I wasn’t being confrontational, I just didn’t want to miss my train..

All good, but the management is useless! For more than a year I have pointed out that the lids to close the flat white take away cups DON’T close (don’t fit) properly, so you risk every time you get a coffee, to poor it on yourself!Have they done anything about it? Nope!…

A very good coffee in the heart of Victoria station.Polite lady who served me and was also training a young man at the same time.Definitely worth checking out compared to bigger chains as this has a nice vibe and homely quality.Will go back for vegan offerings; pretzels look deliciousThank you.
