This place is pretty much mirror images saltash farm shop . Could do with more lights on the entrance by the tills and the butchers counter. The price board for the cafeteria is around by the toilets wrong place located it is. The toilet needed a bloody good clean the table was all sticky due to lack of cleanliness. Coffee was a bit overpriced. This place has got so much potential to it it’s right under the nose and they can’t see it but the only people I can afford to shop here are the only residents who are pretty much and must be minted To pay the prices.

Went to the cafe and it reminded me of the movie Falling Down where Michael Douglas wanted some breakfast and he was told they were on the lunch menu. Hello haven't you heard of all day breakfast. Then we wanted a Mocha and they've got a no nonsense coffee menu where cappuccino flat white mocha etc is crossed out and replaced with what they can be bothered to make. Frothy coffee non frothy coffee. Really the attitude of these people they were lucky it wasn't Falling Down.

Really dreadful experience in the cafe today - the fruit scones were inedible as uncooked in the middle and the coffee the worst I’ve had anywhere in a long time. All also took far too long to arrive. Tables not cleared so full of dirty dishes from previous customers. Very disappointing. Love popping in to do my shopping here occasionally when I’m in the area but definitely won’t bother eating here again - a shame as it always used to be a good place to come.

My wife and i visited for farmhouse brekkie mmmmStaff excellent.Noticed some reviews say expensive in my opinion the quality is worth it. Breakfast cooked while we waited,no microwave credit yo bens shop and cafe.

Calm, rustic atmosphere. A distinct and quality freshness to the food which I appreciate. Great carrot cake and brownie was scrumptious. Honourable mention for the steak and ale pie which tasted deliciously fresh. Great coffee too.

Had a really great pizza here today. Initially we were surprised/disappointed to see that pizza was pretty much the only menu option, but they were really delicious, as was the coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Seems that the owners have relented and now allow deli items to be consumed in the cafe which seems like a good move. We are not local so only visit once or twice a year, but will be back.
