Wayne came out and gave us a preliminary diagnosis to our deteriorating TV signal problem. He then made a further appointment, confirmed the issues, offer a solution with which we were happy, fitted it, tested it and checked we were happy before leaving. Excellent service at a fair price. Wayne and his Dad came round to quote for a new aerial, and were very professional and personable. When they arrived, we were just waiting for another storm to bite, but regardless of the horrible weather, they got on with the job without a complaint. While they were working both inside and outside the house, they talked knowledgeably around the subject of their profession and other complimentary subjects in the world of AV entertainment. They were quick, professional and competent and left us with a fully operational and tuned TV system, and all for a remarkably reasonable price.Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later, we found that we had lost all signal, and at around 10pm I sent an email. Wayne responded at 6:30am the following day, and by lunchtime had come out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it!Great service and great guys.

Wayne and his colleague attended very quickly and gave excellent advice on a tricky problem. They were friendly, honest and easy to have around the house, and everything now works perfectly. I would recommend Dalton without hesitation.

Chris turned up within 24 hours of my call to sort out what we thought was a simple aerial cable fault. It turned out to be more complicated, but he stayed until he had found the problem (which included getting on the roof), and he fitted an amplifier, which fixed it. Charged a very reasonable price, too. Many thanks.

Wayne replaced a communal Sky satellite aerial on our three storey building, with fourteen apartments. He was punctual, knowledgable, respectful and polite, with nothing being too much trouble to ensure customer satisfaction. All this was done at a fair price and I would not hesitate in recommending Dalton Aerials as being a reliable and quality company.

Wayne was friendly, competent and extremely professional. As it was potentially a tricky job, he quoted a range of time for labour. He did a thoughtful, considered and extremely tidy job to minimise the impact of recabling, rerouting and replastering hidden hdmi cable which had been cut by a damp proof contractor. Highly recommended - 6 stars !
