The Roaming Caravan Co. Mobile Bar

We rented Narelle's peacock chairs, cane chair set and candlesticks for our wedding in July at Gileston Manor. I would highly recommend Narelle who was a pleasure to deal with and was super professional and above all extremely friendly and responsive, even though she was planning her own wedding around the same time! The items we rented added the cool aesthetic detail we were looking for and the peacock chairs provided a fantastic backdrop for our photobooth. 5* :)

We used Narelle for our bar at our wedding and couldn’t have been happier! Originally we were going to try and go-it-alone and have a sort of ‘DIY’ bar, but after meeting Narelle, seeing her service and tasting her delicious alcohol, we had to go for Roaming Caravan! Narelle very kindly offered to drive all the way to Wiltshire to meet with us to brainstorm (despite feeling ill, and despite it being England v Wales that day…). Narelle was really accommodating with all the little touches, helping us come up with a couple of bespoke cocktails with her own suggestions. Due to our set-up, we very sadly weren’t able to accommodate the actual ‘caravan’ of Roaming Caravan fame, but instead Narelle set up a beautiful and rustic bar inside our tipi – it looked incredible! On the day itself, I think Narelle and her team were the most popular people there! The bar was rammed and drinks and cocktails were flowing. Not only did Narelle serve drinks brilliantly through her own bar, but she provided a team that could serve and maintain all the extra wine and beer we already had, complete with beer buckets, signage and decorations. Narelle and her team seemed to genuinely love being there and helping out for the day, they were amazing to have around! If you’re thinking of having a bar at any event, then look no further! Narelle was an absolute star. She took the pressure off sorting out everything on the day of my wedding so that I could relax. Her eye for detail bought my ideas to life. She styled both a castle ceremony and Tipi beautifully in a boho chic way. Would not have been as successful a wedding without her!

Narelle’s beautiful velvet banners added such a wow factor to our ceremony and she absolutely nailed the event styling and set up on the day. Such a gem of a supplier and a dream to work with, couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you thank you thank you!

We booked the Roaming Caravan Company for our wedding at Glyndwr Vineyard and couldn't have been happier with the service. Narelle is a total darling. Her communication is brilliant and she's warm and great fun so a lovely addition to have at your special day. The caravan is even more beautiful than I expected and really gave our wedding the festival feel we were looking for. As Narelle has worked at the vineyard before the set up etc was super easy. Can't recommend enough.

My wife and I recently got married a few weekends back in a sublime part of the Cotswolds. When we set about organising the big day last year, we had been considering just an open, help yourself bar, but my god... We were so pleased that we went with The Roaming Caravan.Narelle, and her absolutely stunning caravan, Margot were so perfectly placed at our tipi/festival style wedding that it really made our little Field of Dreams just that little bit extra special.From the first time we met Narelle, we felt like we'd known each other for years. Being so friendly and approachable, we'd pencilled in the date for our wedding within 15 minutes of meeting. We then discussed all the available options for the bar and felt that nothing that we threw at her was either too much or not possible, she's got such a can-do attitude, which can be so hard to find, and goes without saying you can tell that she's very passionate and really loves what she does.On the run-up to the wedding, we spoke both on the phone and over email about ALL of the details for the wedding. It was so nice to be able to share all the plans, my now wife, and I had organised for the day. Even though probably 60% of what I rambled on about down the phone didn't really concern Narelle or her wonderful caravan, she just really cared about what we were doing and I think she was almost as excited as we were for the day :)On the actual wedding day, Narelle and Margot made an amazingly slick entrance to our wedding, having made a pretty long drive over from Cardiff, with Margot in tow, you wouldn't have known! You could feel she was very pleased to be with us. We had lots of guests all very curious as to what this particularly cool caravan was up to parking right next to the tipis. When we explained it was the bar for the night, peoples faces lit up!They were set up quickly and quietly and they were all prepped just as fast ready for our guests. The bar opened at about 6ish (I completely lost track of time that day so I'm pretty sure it was 6?) and it's safe to say our guests very much made the most of liquid delights inside. With an almost zombie-like hoard of guests in front of their caravan - you'd think our guests hadn't had a drink in weeks, even with the free-flowing beers, wines and prosecco available all day!? Narelle and her partner handled wave after wave of our guests so politely and professionally. Our guests got their drinks swiftly and with every single drink being perfectly presented. Even our pre-arranged bar tab was very discreetly brought to our attention, well within the time of it running out so we had enough time to make an executive decision.Thank you Narelle, we've had so many amazing compliments about your drinks and your stunning caravan. Jess and I are so sad our wedding is all over now, we had the time of our lives at the field and we've had so much fun planning everything building up to it. You've been such a joy and pleasure to work with, we can't imagine what it would've been like without you?For anyone reading this now who are weighing up the options of a Help Yourself" bar or using The Roaming Caravan as their bar...CARAVAN ALL THE WAY! Narelle was a pleasure to work with. The caravan bar was a brilliant addition to our wedding. Narelle has a lovely friendly, approachable and professional manner about her. She provided us with welcome drinks, a manned bar inside the tipi serving beers, wines and ciders and the caravan bar provided our guests with a selection of cocktails and sprits. We had so many positive comments from our guests! Definitely would recommend, just need to find another excuse for an event to hire her again!!
